Installation
Your new DYSS will be installed by our expert field engineers to ensure everything is in perfect working order.
Prior to the installation we will visit to conduct a comprehensive site survey. Our engineering team will discuss access and power requirements with you, and answer any questions you might have to ensure the installation runs smoothly with the minimum of disruption to your business.
Training on the DYSS and with K-CUT Vision can be provided either at the time of installation, or at a later date, depending on your requirements.
Post-installation Support and KASEMAKE Training
Post installation, our support team are always on hand to help with any queries you may have. We also keep a stock of tools and spare parts for your DYSS, so that disruption to your business is minimised at all times.
You can also arrange KASEMAKE training which will help you make the most of your hardware and software investment, if you have purchased KASEMAKE and K-CUT Vision with your DYSS. KASEMAKE and K-CUT Vision training covers all aspects of the software, from the basics to advanced techniques in drawing, database workflow, 3D visualisation, and creating your own parametric standards. Depending on the nature of your usage of the system, we can tailor the training to omit training in areas of the software you don't need.
